Cricket future of Yuvraj Singh has been a matter of discussion for the past few years, but the cricketer said that when he feels that the time has come, he will first retire. Yuvraj, who has been out of the national team for a long time, has not been able to do well in the IPL in the past too. But playing on behalf of Mumbai Indians, he made a spectacular start of the new season on Sunday. He scored 53 runs, although his team had to face defeat.

After defeating Mumbai Indians by 37 runs against Delhi Capitals in the first match of IPL, Yuvraj said, "When the time comes, I will retire first."

The 37-year-old batsman said, "The last two years have been fluctuating for me and I have not been able to decide what to do."

Yuvraj, however, said that when he did self-analysis, he found that he is still enjoying the game as he used to do under-16 cricketers and not thinking about selection in the national team.

Although Yuvraj, who was the hero of India's victory in the World Twenty20 2007 and 2011 World Cup, admitted that sometimes he becomes uncertain about continuing to play.
